Financial Assistance

Holy Spirit Catholic School offers tuition assistance, and the Diocese of Lansing offers a Scholarship.

All families applying for financial assistance must first fill out the FACTS form on the  FACTS website.  By completing the FACTS form online by March 1, you will be considered for all financial assistance grants available from the Diocese of Lansing and the Holy Spirit School Scholarship Fund. Families applying after March 1 will still be eligible for the financial assistance program offered through Holy Spirit but will not qualify for the DOL assistance grants.

The Diocesan Scholarship is open to any family with a Catholic student(s) entering K-11th grades in a Diocese of Lansing Catholic school, whose home Parish is in the Diocese of Lansing and whose family shows a financial need.

Thanks to funds available from the Stewardship for Saints and Scholars campaign, the Diocese is lowering the minimum funding amount to $500 for K-12 students. This means that if a family or student demonstrates a need of at least $500, the Diocese will provide funding ranging from $500 up to $750 for K-8 students, and from $500 up to $1,000 for students in grades 9-12.

The March 1 deadline must be met for DOL scholarships. Please visit their website for more information at: https://dolcatholicschools.org/#catholic-schools-tuition-assistance
